My husband and I come to this Chipotle At least once a week and will go to no other location. The Staff here are simply superior.
Case in point, today we went for lunch and had the privilege of being severed by Naysha. (I apologize for any misspelling) It was busy when we went and she was great! Didn't get flustered and even helped another staff member while also doing her job. It's too often you see competence go unnoticed. Well not today.

Keep the honey chicken.
I love this Chipotle. The workers put pride in their food and it shows. I thought I placed my girlfriend's lunch order in and when I went to pick it up, it was not made because I forgot to order it. I placed my order and they made it for me on the spot. This isn't the first positive experience I've had but it's just another reason why this is my favorite location and it should be yours too!

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed experience. While some customers enjoy delicious meals and fast, friendly service, others have faced issues with consistency. Sometimes the food, especially the guac, does not taste fresh, and there are occasional mistakes with the ingredients or wrong orders. Picking up orders can be awkward since bags are placed on a wall instead of a pickup shelf, making it feel uncomfortable to retrieve them. Despite these problems, the restaurant provides generous portions, particularly for those who like spicy food. The staff is accommodating and helpful, especially in handling food allergies with care. Many visitors consider it the best chipotle in Fresno, praising the food, service, and overall appearance of the restaurant. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make the dining experience positive for most.
