El Pollo Loco in Fresno on Herndon changed one customer's opinion of the chain. They offer great tasting, fresh food with friendly staff in a clean restaurant. The portions might be smaller, but the taste is awesome. This location is known for its cleanliness, good food, great service, and a nice outdoor eating area. Some customers love the fire grilled combos, which are perfect, filling, and affordable. The food is very flavorful and everything is cooked right. Staff members, such as Lidia and Jeremiah, provide friendly service. However, some customers note that the drive through can take a long time and they are sometimes out of chicken.
