Food is great. Maybe even the best in it's category. Service is awesome. My reason for tge 2 ☆☆ in Atmosphere is because of where the food truck is located. Is not only very dangerous given the fact that jerk irresponsible drivers Zoom thru that street but it is also right on the dirt and can be a lot more dusty when windy.
This food truck has incredible staff and food at very reasonable prices, particularly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when they have specials.
My favorite place when I’m in Palm Springs for the tennis tournament. Hand made tortillas, delicious grilled meats, unlimited salsa and condiments, including grilled onions. And open to midnight. What more can you ask for from this well lit food truck? A local treasure!
