My grandpa had a real sweet tooth and would always have these around for his lunch. And would give them to me and my sister. So when I got old enough, a teenager, shopping with mom I would buy them and bring them as a surprise for him. After he was retired. We saw him a lot. So“

“It has been a while since I’ve been to this bakery after being disappointed many times. I decided to give this place one more try, I went this week, and to my surprise, there was fresh, warm bread on the racks. I also did notice that they Now have a coffee shop in there as well. I went in the late afternoon, so I wasn’t able to try the Coffee because It was already closed, but I am excited to go back and try it. Their menu looks enticing.
I will note that the inside of the bakery is a little rundown and is in need of a little remodel. However I am looking forward to going and trying the tamales and hoping that the are good“
