“I LOVE THIS PLACE. Wow the food is delicious. I had the Denver Omelet. Fresh eggs, fresh green pepper, good ham, and cooked perfectly, not too dry. the hash browns were good too. The service was spot on and wonderful! I LOVE THIS PLACE. I will return again when I am in the area.“

“This is the best IHOP I have been to in awhile! Considering IHOPs are going down hill, however, here, our food was hot, quick and delicious. Negatives: waitress had to be asked and reminded a few times and there were several tables that hadn't been cleaned up. This could just be short staffing, but still a problem.“

“The food is quality, but the price is excessive. We ate here twice and got a plain croissant, tuna melt on sun dried tomato bagel, Reuben on jalapeno cheese bagel and orange juice. The 2 bagels alone cost over $20, which is too pricey to justify eating here sadly. The food is fine, but the price is wrong.“

“First time dining here, few things, the food was presented great but it wasn't hot. Little pet peeve of mine I guess but I like my food hot especially if it's meant to be served hot. Did ask a few questions to the waitress and instead of answering us she kept making us scan the QR code on the menu, asked a simple yes or no and they couldn't answer us. “Like every other food option on the CBU campus, Briscos is always delicious. Even after living here for 3 years I still haven't become tired of eating here. If you've been to a sandwich shop then you'll be familiar with the menu here. Plenty of options for meat, cheeses, sauces, toppings, and breads. Chances are whatever sandwich you're craving, you can make it here.“

We were greeted with such a nice welcome by Dino. I kept an eye on him as we had our meal his interactions with all of the guests were pleasant and positive. After spending the weekend in Hollywood eating at nice restaurants and being disappointed by the hostess’s at multiple locations it was nice to have an authentic greeting.
I hope this establishment knows how great their staff is.“

“Honestly we like this one cause the foods always good. Although some times the menu advertised in the details isn't as true and I have to asked them to make it like it says. Service isn't always the best but when I get that ONE server that is attentive and actually has a smile on their face, I definitely tip well and its nice to come back and see them working. I enjoy IHop alot, this one just needs a little work on service.“

“First, please inform your staff of the military discount policy. Mario, the server, claims there isn't one but we come here VERY often and we've always had the 10% off discount applied. I even informed him that it's advertised in many places online and that we've always received that discount and he just blew me off as if I didn't just inform him and we still tipped generously though I shouldn't have. That truly pissed me off and will likely make us go to Denny's down the street instead from now on where the military service is always appreciated (and the discount is applied to the entire check, not just the meal), staff are informed and have a positive attitude, and the prices are better.

And we just paid $70 for 3 breakfast meals which is honestly insane. But Mario's the reason I'm not leaving a 5-star review and potentially why we may not go back.

This place is almost always empty when we dine here and we usually arrive at 6:30pm which is prime time for most restaurants on a Friday. But we were the ONLY customers when we arrived. Keep up the poor service and this place won't survive.

As for the positives, it's always cool and comfortable inside, the servers are (usually) friendly, the food is good and arrives in a reasonable amount of time.“
