“First time coming here and not the last! Customer service is top tier making you feel welcome and made me feel like I’m there every day event though it was my first time. I ordered, barely even had a minute to look around, and my order was ready (not complaining) just saying how fast their service is. I got a Thai tea with light boba and till this day I’m thinking about it.“

“This was our first time visiting this restaurant. They were very friendly and we were able to be seated quickly even though the place was pretty full. I had the two tacos lunch, my husband had the chorizo and eggs, and our granddaughter ordered the carne asada wet burrito. Our food was good and plentiful. We can tell by the beans and rice if it’s a good restaurant and this certainly is very good. The beans and rice were delicious. I only wish that the taco shells were fried there rather than being too crunchy for my taste. Other than that, we will definitely return as soon as we can for more good food.“

They get some of their treats from a local baker and some from a place in LA. I really like their breakfast burritos too but it is very unpredictable when they have them. My husband and I have tried multiple breakfast burritos elsewhere and I have to say Cafe Society has the tastiest ones! I can’t speak for atmosphere or other food as this is our to-go meal, but service is exceptional. Very kind, professional service and burritos are always made quickly. They come with a red salsa that makes the burrito even better. Our personal favorite is the chorizo.“

“This tiny coffee shop is next to the Barton House Playschool. It's not well marked but the Google photo will help. It's worth finding. They serve primarily coffee and tea. Inside is small but welcoming. You are also right next to Heritage Park so if it's nice weather, you might want to grab your coffee or tea and enjoy in the park. Or if you are at the Farmer's Market, it's a short stroll. Very friendly staff. Quiet atmosphere. Great coffee!“

“I don't normally give five stars to every aspect unless it's really deserved, but we had a surprisingly delightful experience.

It didn't start out great - when we went to the hostess desk, she was being scolded by some guy who didn't get a free breakfast or a free meal or something free. I don't even know what it was, but he rattled the hostess to the point where she seemed to have a difficult time helping us once the guy left. In fact, a server had to help us and took us back to our table. We didn't have high hopes, but we were there and we were hungry.

Our server was just a sweetheart. She was quick and efficient. Our appetizer was the Mexican Street Corn dip and - oh yeah - it's just as delicious as it sounds. In the end, we were practically licking the bowl. My husband had a California Club sandwich, but I got the spaghetti and meatballs. I'm very picky about my spaghetti sauce - I don't like a bunch of fancy spices that compete with the sweetness of the tomato. Just give me a good, simple marinara. Well, they did. And it was spectacular. Flavorful, simple, and delicious. The meatballs were also amazing - cooked all the way through, no pink (which is just so gross and unappetizing), and they were very tasty.

I have to say that we really were pleasantly surprised by the meal. I'm going to go back for that spaghetti because it was just that good. If the restaurant manager reads this review, don't change a thing! It was perfect!

This is a must stop if you live in the area. They are always so generous and friendly. It makes you feel at home. I’ve never had a bad experience. The sticky buns often sell out really fast.
