“Royal Bites is the first Punjabi Indian restaurant I have ever tried and let me tell you, this place is fantastic! The service here is very friendly. Some of their best dishes are the Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken and the expansive vegetarian menu. Royal Bites features authentic Indian soda as well as domestic Coca Cola products. Get on over to Royal Bites Cuisine of India; the food here is fit for a king!!!“
“We found this Indo-Pak restaurant in a Google search. We were glad that we tried the food here. The food they served had a homemade taste. We ordered Lamb Shank Pulao, whole chicken masala, chat samosa, puri, and naan. Everything was so delicious. Puri and naan were soft; I never tasted naan that soft anywhere else. Best food!!! The price was so reasonable. You cannot buy two samosas for $3 in any restaurant. The lamb shank pulao was only $17. The quality and taste are ultimate. The place was more welcoming, and the owner was so friendly. This restaurant is owned by him, his wife, and his younger son. Thanks again for the lovely food and hospitality“
“Had a really great experience all around. The food was exceptionally delicious and can really taste the authenticity of Indian food. The location had a great ambiance. They had traditional Indian music in the background and the decor was lovely. Our host Sonny and M.K. we're awesome and really took care of us. They guided us to on what and how much to order and it was perfect. I took my mom and aunt there to celebrate their birthdays and they let us take our own cake and stored it in their fridge until we were ready to cut it up. We will definitely be going again!Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap spaces right in front of their location with ramp. Very accessible.“
“Excellent food close to Loma Linda university. Loved the quality and taste. I had placed an order via Grubhub. Delivered on time. The food boxes were packed very nicely and had no spillage. As requested they even provided paper plates and cutlery. Good quantity. Even provided a complimentary dessert which was so delicious. Highly recommend visiting this place. Will definitely visit again when I come back to town.“
“This was a pleasant surprise. I did not expect home cooked delicious Indian food in the middle of truck yards. Baljeet is the lovely lady doing all the cooking and my word, CAN SHE COOK!!! She can whip up any Indian dish you ask for and ready for you in 30-45 mins. I requested the Goat Biryani and samosas and I got so much food. I ate a quarter of it and was already full. I have to get some to go. Thank you so much Baljeet! More blessings to you.“
“My carpooler was in the mood for curry after a long commute and Kaur Cafe was on the way. It's a small space and we were given plasticware and paper plates, but maybe it had to do with us showing up at 3pm... I don't know, but I didn't mind. The service was super friendly, quick, and it hit the spot. The curry, naan, and samosas were par for the course, but the chicken kabob was by far my favorite and I will return specifically for that dish, and to support this small business.“
“What an incredible experience. We spent $50 for two and the food was high quality, great flavors, great customer service. Get the samosas, naan, tandoori chicken and chicken tiki masala. What a gem with plenty of leftovers and a special experience to dine in. Loved it!“
“My wife and we're in the area and wanted to give this place a try. Had paneer tikka masala and chicken korma with garlic nan. Everything was delicious and well prepared. The mild plus was perfect for us both. Excellent service as well. Highly recommended for great ambiance and great food.“
“This place is really nice. The food was delicious. The servings are big, we didn't finish most of the food so we took leftovers. The bring the food out right away. I also like that they let you choose spice level, I've gone to another Indian restaurant and they didn't give spice level as an option and it was way too spicy for my liking.“
“I LOVE this place so much. As an international student craving home food constantly, this place has become my favorite spot for home food that's fresh and healthy. Reha aunty is the sweetest person I know The service is amazing and so good for price! Honestly so glad this place exists because I eat here most days of the month. There's an indoor seating that's perfect for when I come here with my friends. The ambience is homely and just enough to destress from a long day :)“
“The food was really good and the cashier that was working with us was super sweet and gave us samples to try everything because we didn't know what to try. The restaurant itself is nice welcoming and warm. The service is really good and I really recommend it.“
“Best Indian food in the area for sure. Possibly best I’ve ever had. The food is always made fresh to order, it’s absolutely delicious, the fusion food is creative and simply a revelation. The interior of the restaurant is always clean and has gorgeous interior wall murals and wall art. I absolutely adore this place, it comes with my highest recommendation“
“Spice Jar: A Tale of Two Worlds - Delicious Food, Bumpy ServiceMy Spice Jar experience was a curious tale of two halves: foodie paradise on the plate, and a bit of convenience store chaos in the air. Let's delve into the delicious first. The Food: Oh, the food! It was a vibrant tapestry of pungent spices and aromatic flavors. The lamb vindaloo (7/10) wrestled with my taste buds, offering a great flavor profile but leaving me yearning for a more intense fire. The chicken tikka masala (8/10), however, hit the spice sweet spot perfectly. Rich tomato gravy hugged tender chicken cubes, each bite an explosion of comfort and warmth. The goat biryani (9/10) was a revelation. Fluffy rice studded with succulent goat, aromatic spices, and caramelized onions – it was a symphony of textures and tastes. And the samosas (10/10). They were golden titans, crisp and flaky on the outside, bursting with spiced-potato goodness within. A single bite transported me to bustling street markets, a testament to their authenticity. The chili garlic naan (10/10) deserves a standing ovation. Fluffy, chewy, and infused with the perfect blend of chilies and garlic, it was the ideal dipping companion. Every morsel begged to be scooped up in its warm embrace. The Service: Now, the service (6/10) was a bit of a bumpy ride. Tucked away in the convenience store side with the main restaurant closed, things got a tad hectic. Orders got mixed up, wait times stretched, and the overall ambiance lacked the charm I expected. I give the staff credit for handling the unexpected rush with relative grace, but it took a bit of the shine off the dining experience. The Verdict: Despite the slight service hiccup, Spice Jar's food shines brightly. The bold flavors, generous portions, and exquisite textures left me wanting more. If you're chasing a spice adventure, and don't mind a touch of quirky ambience, Spice Jar is worth a visit. Just be prepared for a potential convenience store detour!“
“Lunch buffet is available again! All the food was quite delicious. Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians are satisfied. I enjoyed six types of curry (chicken, chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, dal makhani, veg korma, aloo gobi), pakora, tandoor chicken, two types of dessert (carrot and rice pudding), salad and fruit. Served garlic naan was also great. In addition, the ethnic interior improved my appetite. The price was $18.50, which was reasonable for the food quality.I believe that Punjab Palace is the best Indian restaurant in Riverside and would like to revisit.Vegetarian options: Curries for vegetarians, vegetable pakora, sweets, salad and fruits are available.“
“I ran across this place randomly while I was in this area for work. The location is on the corner lot and the entrance is facing the street. It's connected to a couple other restaurants as well. They have 5 different combos from what I noticed and the son of the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The location maybe a little older, but it's clean with an A rating. The pricing is absolutely phenomenal, I paid 7:00 for Chicken Tikka Masala, and received garlic Nan also. Extremely affordable and will ?% be going back regularly, the flavors were great. The portions arent huge but fair. If you want more pay for it.“
“Just moved to Riverside recently and honestly there ain't ish to eat out here that's good. My wife's friend told her to try Maharajah if we wanted some good Indian food like in Los Angeles. This place does not disappoint. Everything so far has been delicious. We have been coming faithfully since we've been in the IE.“
