I thought using the mobile app was supposed to streamline service? Placed a curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes for no one to come out. Had to go through the drive thru where they messed up my order anyway and my food was cold by the time I got it. Ridiculous service and it’s just as expensive as everything else now.
