“Seems a bit like a little bodega converted to a counter order restaurant as far as ambiance. You get your own drinks from the cooler like at 7-11. Not a lot of seating, but the food was actually pretty good. Somewhat pricey but then again what isn't these days, and seemed authentic. The waitress was attentive and courteous, with a great smile. Luckily when I visited I was with two other women who spoke Spanish fluently and helped me with the menu.“

Got to admit this place is awesome located near the sb airport has a great menu filled with great Mexican food items I had the fish tacos and ceviche and both were so good. Portions were great and food was fresh and made with love . Place was clean and staff was very friendly. We order right before the lunch rush and the line was getting big because of the surrounding business and county workers, but the line moves quickly . I wish them nothing but success and I will be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend.“

“In September of 2024, this restaurant was under new ownership. The menu has a little Middle Eastern flare to it, which I rather enjoy. Food portions were reasonably sized, and we'll prepared. Service was excellent, but that may have been due to the lack of patrons. They do have a pleasant atmosphere, and I would go back.“

Also a zarrandeado that was so very good and succulent, and didn't just taste like soy sauce. They are on another level here. Better than any we have found in LA, and worth the trip.“

Where this place gets its massive props from me? The ceviche (I had the spicy version), and the amazingly great clam chowder. I mean, I know that chowder is a popular item in Baja, but now I have no reason to travel and find out why. “First time here. I’ve been looking for a Mariscos spot since I moved out here from LA. This place is incredible. The aquachile tostada was delicious. The owner had me sample their new fried shrimp. It’s was out of this world!! Full of flavor, crispy and spicy with their diablo sauce on the side. Highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back.“

“We had our kitchen fully remodeled. Legacy Renovation were professional from the sales person to all of the installers. They always showed up when they said and were very responsive to minor changes in the design. We are very pleased with our kitchen project.“

My husband had the potato tacos and they were perfect. They have a variety of salsas and really good pico de gallo. Very nice atmosphere and very clean. “For the most part very friendly service though when they're super busy they have a tendency to forget your order. Large menu and lots of drink options from the fridge if you want more mainland Chinese beverages that are harder to find in a local 99 ranch or so. Also the portions are huge for how much food you get especially in this economy and especially considering it's Riverside (I've found riverside to be more expensive for lower quality food compared to being in West LA, some parts of the bay, lots of places). The skewers with chicken heart don't knock it til you try it it's super flavorful. They also have a big beef hotpot kind of dish which could probably feed two very hungry big guys or the large for only $5 or so can feed probably 4-5 average people.

Vegetarian options: Kind of limited

Dietary restrictions: Lots of seafood ingredients and spices so be wary for that

Parking: Head into the back for parking or try parking in a different plaza“

“Everything was great about this place! From the friendly customer service to the delicious food. Today we tried the perfectly crisped fish and chips and the beautifully garnished fish tacos. I loved how good the tacos looked, almost didn’t want to eat them and the fish and chips are made to a perfect crisp. Not to mention it was a big serving too, i left satisfied. I was surprised when they gave me three of their popular sauces: ranch, tartar sauce, chipotle sauce. Definitely ask for the chipotle and tartar sauce, they were so good with the fish. We asked for avocado on the tacos and they were really stuffed! And of course we had to have a Fanta and mineral water on the side. Next time I’m taking home a shrimp and seafood bag! “Way better than Kentucky, poppy's, churches or any other fried chicken chain. It's even better than Donnahoos in Pamona. The chicken is absolutely crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. The chicken has a golden red color. The spice had a mild heat to it that I loved.
The fried snapper was also ?. My favorite side definitely was the mac n cheese. Gatta say that the collard greens were my second favorite. They had an earthy taste to them. I appreciate that the mashed potatoes were not powdered but i thought the gravy could use some work. I will definitely eat here again. Reasonably price as well.“

“Food is really good, service is nice as well. There are food items not listed on the menu that the waitress mentions. The temperature inside the restaurant is high considering there is no ac, only a fan. Waitress is very kind but can be a little more attentive. Would definitely recommend and come again.“
