“Very delicious. The best fish tacos in all of the inland empire. Before this, I thought Señor Baja was the best, but these just blow it out the water. The shrimp tacos have gotta be one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted in my life. There’s also the hardshell shrimp tacos that are unique, and I have never tasted anything like it before. The sauce they give you with it, which has like soy sauce, or something on it, I don’t know some black sauce, is incredibly delicious. Straight up, I’m questionably the best fish/shrimp tacos I’ve ever eaten in my life.“

“My visit to Maiz Cafe was such a great experience. The staff was welcoming, checked in on us throughout our meal, and made us feel right at home. I tried a fresh made-to-order pineapple and watermelon agua fresca. It was refreshing and the sooo sweet. The surf and turf bowl was hearty, with tender steak and juicy shrimp. The asada omelette was stuffed with well-seasoned meat. We also had the chocolate chip pancake, which was super fluffy and a great side for my breakfast craving.

One of my favorite parts of the meal was trying the house-made salsas. The habanero definitely stole first place for me with its bold flavor and spicy kick. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, making it a spot where you can either enjoy a relaxed brunch or grab something quickly through the drive-thru.

I mean, I know that chowder is a popular item in Baja, but now I have no reason to travel and find out why. “This place is pretty good . We had the fish taco meal for about $13 dollars . Came with rice and beans . Let me tell you the tacos were piping hot and fresh 10/10 . They will bring you lemons and peppers witch I have to also add the pepper was seasoned, now that was a game changer , I spilt it open took the seeds out and I lace it on my tacos 10/10 . We also shared 3 rolled tacos . It was also good but I will add pretty expensive but definitely worth every penny . We used the chips they gave us as nachos with the green sauce they have and leftover beans rice and other leftover veggies . All in all a perfect meal .. I complemented the chef cause if the food is perfect the chef should know . Oh and horchata taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk . 10/10 but no refill . Only juices are free refill . Next time“

The Caldo 7 mares was a delightful medley of fresh seafood, featuring an array of fish, shrimp, and calamari in a rich, flavorful broth. We also indulged in the empanad. Finally, we couldn't resist trying the camarones a la curacha, which presented succulent shrimp in a spicy, tangy sauce that left us wanting more.
