Waited 8 minutes to move up to cashier to buy a gift card. Cashier didn’t know, they called another person, they didn’t know, got person that “knows” she couldn’t do it either. A drive, wait, all for them to say they don’t know how really?

Food is good. Customer service is horrible at night. The place was not even busy when I got my food. They gave me my soda cup. I go to put iced and there was none. I asked for iced. They said we don't have any. Ok cool no big deal. Then I heard the girl said to her coworkers " they told me to fill it up at 11:30pm."
