Just went through the drive thru & asked for sugar for my coffee. The associate said, "We don't have that" to each sugar I named. Then, he stated the sugar is in the coffee. If you're looking for sugar for your coffee & good customer service, good luck ? It's a shame, because I love Del Taco & eat here at least once a week.
Every time I come there it is always a long wait in the drive thru. The onsite manager Marisol is not professional at all she does not try to fix the problem. She always just complaining and say we are short staffed. This is the closest location to my house and I should not have to go miles out to get decent service. There was not a lot of people inside. There was only one car ahead of me in the Drive-Thru but it took over 25 minutes for them to receive their order. I asked if...read full review
