I placed a online order on June 7th and paid for it by credit card. I called the location to find out the actual wait time since online said it was 20-25 minutes. The lady told me that it would be a 45 minute wait (which I could not understand) and she let me know that they were sold out of fries. At that point I asked her to cancel my order. Wingstop is a popular spot for Wingstop fans. The restaurant offers friendly service, with staff like Junior providing great help even late at night. The food is delivered quickly, hot, and prepared correctly. Standout dishes include the voodoo fries, which some consider the best batch ever. The 20 wing deal offers good value. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a good place for a satisfying meal.
The dining area could use more cleaning, as there were pieces of garbage such as straw wrappers, food particles, and plastic lids on the floors and surfaces. The bathroom was clean, but the paper towel dispenser was broken and empty, though an air blower was available. French fries were fresh and crispy. Customers can order wings for pickup via DoorDash, with orders ready on time. While the wings are generally tasty, some find the lemon wings too salty and the buffalo wings a bit dry.
For those visiting Wingstop in Concord, be prepared for potential wait times, as the service can be slow. It is recommended to order ahead when they open, as orders can take 1-2 hours if waited on the spot. Despite the wait, the flavors are worth it, especially the lemon pepper and honey spicy wings, which are both delicious. Planning ahead can help avoid long delays and ensure a satisfying experience.
