I'll start off by saying the Tea and Snacks are consistently good. The reason for the two stars is the service, particularly by one female individual. Upon ordering a drink and some snacks, I waited for over 30 minutes. There was no line, only people that came in after me. The drink was done quickly but the garlic fries just never came.
