Zhangliang Malatang Concord is an ultimate Asian soup place. It has a dozen type of broth, from mild to very spicy, and a huge variety of veggies, mushrooms, seafood and meat that you select yourself. Everything is very fresh. There is also a large selection of excellent Asian condiments and sauces. The service is good. This place has the best malatang, with lots of options and a bigger selection than most other malatang places. The broth is yummy, and there is a sauce bar and free orange slices. The price is based on how many items you put into your soup. The beef bone broth base is a favorite, and the meat is cooked so nothing comes out musky or fishy. The shop is cute inside, very clean and spacious, with plenty of parking available right in front. For vegetarians, there are two broth options: tomato base and mushroom base. Both are tasty. The sauces and other condiments are very fresh and restocked quite often. The staff members are very attentive and helpful. The food is good quality, with fair portions and fair pricing. The tom yum soup with noodles is satisfying, and the classic bone broth can be ordered not spicy. This is a great place on a cold night for something nice and hot.
