“This place is a hidden gem! The service was amazing and they were so kind and friendly. The place is well kept and cared for. The sandwich was delicious and incredibly affordable. For $25 my girlfriend and I got to have a beach picnic with a full sandwich, Mac salad, two cokes, and a large bag of chips! We will absolutely be back!! Thank you to the sweet lady at the register and the kind chef who made our sandwich!“

“Gina’s Italian Pizza is fantastic! We ordered a calzone and a Caesar salad to go, and both were exceptional. The calzone was perfectly baked with a crispy crust and flavorful fillings, while the Caesar salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the pickup experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend for delicious Italian food and great service!“

“Renato's is our favorite Italian Restaurant. It has amazing food at affordable prices. We love the quality service and quiet atmosphere. Love the Chicken Parmagiane it is big enough for 2 people. We usually take half home for a next day treat. The Salmon Mediterranean is a favorite of another family member. Also love their Spagetti and Meatballs and Lasagna. For desert try the Spumoni. “Wonderful family owned place! The most authentic Italian restaurant outside of Italy. At Il Farro food is prepared with attention and real LOVE. Everything from the appetizers to dessert were perfect. Every dish is made with true italian fresh and natural ingredients and is made by traditional recipes. The talented chef M. makes pastas and pizzas daily and they taste amazing. Also the house wine is a good selection. I suggest you to have their own valuable wine. Il Farro has a great management and staff too. We loved interacting with customers and guys who work in, they became like family for us. The qualified employees are friendly helpful and the restaurant is always clean. They do have enough seats and limited outdoor seating, but get a reservation in advance to make sure you have a place.Hands off, this is the best place to gather with friends or family! It has our ❤️s. We loved it.“

“We have been coming to Mona Lisa for 10 years. The quality is unmatched and the service is impeccable. We now live in Thousand Oaks and whenever we are in the area we make a point to stop at Mona Lisa. We always leave happy. Cannot recommend enough.“

I called to see if I needed a reservation, the lady who answered was super sweet, she said to come in, no problem (it was about 90 min before closing on a Friday night, I didn’t want to be one of “those people”) I am just so in love with this place, everyone was so friendly and helpful (recommended my dinner) and omg the FOOD WAS AMAZING! I cannot even tell you my favorite but I can tell you I only have partial pictures because I HAD to eat it as it came ?

I found a new second home, this place will be a regular place of mine from now on, what a happy find!

“This is my favorite restaurant! I loved it back when it was on Bristol, but I have been back to the new Red Hill location twice now and it is even more of a special dining experience. Massimo has come out to explain the history of the wine and food and the sources of his ingredients. He tells wonderful stories with a great sense of humor, and his daughter who helps serve is also very knowledgeable and delightful. I feel transported and hosted in a way I have never experienced in a restaurant. The food is amazing. The fresh handmade pasta melts in your mouth. We have eaten every dessert and they are all spectacular. Every wine and appetizer we have tried has been extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this place more.“

“WOW. A brand new restaurant that is amazing.

Outstanding food and service. As good as it gets.

Way, way better than expected. This place is great anywhere and out of this world for Orange County.

When we walked through the entrance to the outside seating the owner greeted us in an Italian accent and helped us out with wine as soon as we sat down.

Our caprese salad was excellent, featuring house made mozzarella.

I had the lobster pasta, my wife had the chicken parm, and my daughter had pizza. All was top notch.

Our server was outstanding and knew the menu and the wine very, very well.

I am not a dessert guy, but theirs was excellent.

This place was very, very kid friendly with 50% of the tables having a kid or two under 8 and plenty of food that appealed to my 6 year-old.

Within reason, I could care less about price, but this place is an absolute steal compared to other OC restaurants.

I cannot think of any other restaurant in Orange County that I would rather eat at.

“We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday! The food was great and the service was exceptional. We got our own little room (party of 8). And we only had to wait 10-15min as a walk in. The team of 2-3 people checked on our party at least 10 times and they were wonderful every time we requested something else. Keep up the good service!

“Celebrated our anniversary at Buona Forchetta Newport last night. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make it a special evening. “Been driving by for years and finally decided to try. I was NOT disappointed. The food is AMAZING! True Italian style pastas, and hibernation inducing garlic bread (drooling just thinking about it). The staff were extremely kind and happy to chitchat. We will definitely be coming back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access (from the parking lot) is through the back. There is a busters station where they will lead you to the front. One section of dining room is only accessible by stairs.“

“For Mother's Day, we had a party of 15 - which the restaurant easily accommodated. Our table was ready on time. The food was good, the scenery was great. The service was, however, lacking. The sun was out, so we asked the waiter if he could help move an umbrella for my 18 month old son and wife (she was on the opposite side of the table from me). He ignored us despite having been asked twice, by my count. The third time he pawned it off on a co-worker, who helped immediately. Finally the checks came - we asked for separate checks, which was no problem. Everyone paid and we were on our way. Later, my wife discovered that she had been charged for the whole table ($400) on top of the separate bill that she already paid. I was charged an additional $80, and my sister was charged an additional $20. My wife had to call the restaurant from work in order to straighten it out. So if you go in a group, be careful of how you're billed. Aside from that, it was a great meal with family. We would go back if there were no further issues.“

“Nice place - horrible service. We became that forgotten table of 2. Nothing was done without us asking from the bread service which they never finished to getting drinks. When someone came but they through the item on the table and walked off. No asking about empty drinks or taking no longer needed plates. The manager finally came over at the end and comped a desert. We were not looking for that, we had given up by then. The food was great!“

We started with a peaches/burrata salad and it did not disappoint! Flavorful peaches, high quality burrata and beautiful greens! We had the mushroom risotto for the second time and...perfectly cooked and deep mushroom flavor! The tagliata was also perfectly cooked - al dente pasta in a rich and delicious sauce. And, the branzino (again second time) was over the top fabulous! Honestly a dish Lemon & Thyme does EXTREMELY well! The ambiance is absolutely lovely! Warm and comfortable and the service and staff could not be better! If you haven't been to Lemon & Thyme make a res and go! You won't be disappointed!

Currently owners have really brought this place to life with an expansive authentic menu AND at more reasonable pricing that resonates value. Great evening ambience too with smaller areas in which to converse. Open fire pit adds really cosy feel heading into autumn and fall. You'll love it! I had a great local cab sav & the prawn & zucchini pasta.... killer dish!“
