I ordered a lunch special pepperoni pizza with a Caesar salad and a drink. When I picked up my order, I realized it wasn’t correct — I received a cheese pizza, no salad, but a box of jalapeños instead.

I called Gina’s Pizza to let them know, and Giovanni helped me right away. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He refunded me without any hassle and told me that next time I come in, to let him know and they’ll take care of me.

Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Giovanni’s attitude and willingness to fix the issue really stood out to me. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and respectful he was.

Thank you to Giovanni and the entire Gina’s Pizza staff for the great service — I’ll definitely be back.“

“Between 1983 and 1995 I ate lunch almost daily at to your restaurant. In 95 I moved away from Southern California. When ever I visit the area I stop in for a bite. Best pizza in the world! The pasta is excellent. I now live in the Lake Tahoe area and there's nothing even close to it here or anywhere else for that matter (and lve been to NY and Jersey). Everything I've ever ordered there has been fantastic.“

“Came in last Sunday with a few friends and my 13 month old baby. The owner was very nice and the food was superb. We had pizza, bolognese, spaghetti with lobster, and the rigatoni. The spaghetti with lobster & clam is the must try, they were able to incorporate the lobster jus into the pasta, with just the perfect amount of seasoning. And oh, did I mention all pastas here are made fresh in house. Will definitely be back.

“Wonderful family owned place! The most authentic Italian restaurant outside of Italy. At Il Farro food is prepared with attention and real LOVE. Everything from the appetizers to dessert were perfect. Every dish is made with true italian fresh and natural ingredients and is made by traditional recipes. The talented chef M. makes pastas and pizzas daily and they taste amazing. Also the house wine is a good selection. I suggest you to have their own valuable wine. Il Farro has a great management and staff too. We loved interacting with customers and guys who work in, they became like family for us. The qualified employees are friendly helpful and the restaurant is always clean. They do have enough seats and limited outdoor seating, but get a reservation in advance to make sure you have a place.Hands off, this is the best place to gather with friends or family! It has our ❤️s. We loved it.“

“My sister has Celiac and cannot have gluten. This Italian restaurant has the best gluten free pizza there is. The chef and mother of the restaurant who created the dough and menu was available to talk to and thank. Her son was our waiter and was like family by the time we left. Amazing food and warm and personal service. My gnocchi were made with ricotta in a cream sauce, outstanding. You must go here!“

“We had a reservation for 13 on Saturday, October 25th at 8:00 PM to celebrate a 60th birthday and had a wonderful evening at Molo. Although we waited about 30 minutes to be seated, the team quickly made it right — the manager graciously sent over some wine, which was a lovely gesture. Once we were settled on the patio, the experience was excellent.

Our server Valentino was outstanding — professional, attentive, and spot-on with his recommendations. The citrus avocado salad and calamari were fresh and delicious, and the Orecchiette and Penne Vodka were flavorful and perfectly cooked. The patio ambiance was warm and inviting, ideal for our celebration.

Overall, Molo delivered a memorable dining experience — great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend for any special occasion in Newport Beach!“

“This is my favorite restaurant! I loved it back when it was on Bristol, but I have been back to the new Red Hill location twice now and it is even more of a special dining experience. Massimo has come out to explain the history of the wine and food and the sources of his ingredients. He tells wonderful stories with a great sense of humor, and his daughter who helps serve is also very knowledgeable and delightful. I feel transported and hosted in a way I have never experienced in a restaurant. The food is amazing. The fresh handmade pasta melts in your mouth. We have eaten every dessert and they are all spectacular. Every wine and appetizer we have tried has been extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this place more.“

There were 5 of us and we started off with soups and salads, the pasta Fagoili is heaven in a bowl as was the minestrone and Caesar salad! 4 of us got the filet of sole with a side of fettuccini Alfredo and one got the chicken Parmesan with a side of pasta with butter, garlic and olive oil! “We had a wonderful experience last night at Buono Forchetta. They were running behind on reservations due to it being busy for Valentine's Day so they brought us free focaccia while we waited. They were very apologetic and gave great service. Signature drinks were only ok, but the food was excellent. I got the eggplant Parmesan, kids got the pizza and my husband got the Branzino special. Focaccia's excellent (better than the fried pizza rolls that we also ordered). Ended with an excellent Tiramisu. Great experience overall!“

“Party of 6 went for lunch at 2pm on a Sunday in December. The restaurant is very spacious, with multiple rooms, and we were able to find a large booth pretty easily. In true Olive Garden fashion, we were given an endless supply of warm breadsticks with creamy alfredo sauce, and I am sure I had 4 of them after my 10k run earlier. Some of us had the salad, others soup, and again, we were given a huge bowl of salad which was refilled once as well. It was pretty delicious. I had the spaghetti and meatballs entree, which was very good in both quantity and quality as well. Our server was very friendly, and kept inquiring repeatedly if we needed anything. Great experience, and before tips, it came to around 25 bucks per person, including some iced teas that some folks got.“

My partner had the lasagna (with meat -also have a vegetarian selection) which he said was excellent (large portion, he had the leftover for lunch the next day). I opted for ravioli and when I could not decide between ricotta or butternut -server said she could bring me a 1/2 order of each at no additional charge! Now that is much appreciated service in the day & age. Service was excellent throughout the meal.

“For Mother's Day, we had a party of 15 - which the restaurant easily accommodated. Our table was ready on time. The food was good, the scenery was great. The service was, however, lacking. The sun was out, so we asked the waiter if he could help move an umbrella for my 18 month old son and wife (she was on the opposite side of the table from me). He ignored us despite having been asked twice, by my count. The third time he pawned it off on a co-worker, who helped immediately. Finally the checks came - we asked for separate checks, which was no problem. Everyone paid and we were on our way. Later, my wife discovered that she had been charged for the whole table ($400) on top of the separate bill that she already paid. I was charged an additional $80, and my sister was charged an additional $20. My wife had to call the restaurant from work in order to straighten it out. So if you go in a group, be careful of how you're billed. Aside from that, it was a great meal with family. We would go back if there were no further issues.“
