I'm a huge fan of the iconic shared boarder's dining table reminiscent of popular dining options in the Basque Country. As for iconic dishes, where else can you find the fabulous beef tongue and tomato appetizer? And of course iconic desserts such as Basque cheesecake or euskal pastela/gateau basque/pastel vasco. And the homemade flan! In spite of the Centro Basco's popularity, everyone is treated as a regular.“
“Our server Heather was polite and helpful in taking our order. They forgot to add 1 item to one of our orders, and Heather got on it and brought it out right away. The food was great tasting, especially the steak! Ask for the herb butter, and you won't need any A1 sauce for your steak. We definitely recommend this place! Thank you!“
