Today the hash brown was not even room temp and Egg McMuffin either. Food was bad. Last week when I ordered my Egg McMuffin meal they gave me a sausage muffin with sausage and cheese in it only (that is not an Egg McMuffin) (that isn't even a Sausage McMuffin) yet still charge for Egg McM meal which is almost $10.
overall you need better service
Regardless of the time or day this place has the worst service and the longest wait! Just left their location where its cash only, it took about 10-15 minutes to pay and another 10-15 minutes to get the food and the woman, full figured African American, refused to give us a receipt even after we asked her for one. McDonald's is a restaurant with occasionally long waits and incorrect orders. Parking can be a challenge, but wheelchair accessibility is easy. The menu lacks vegetarian options, making it not ideal for vegetarians. However, it has a play structure, making it kid-friendly. The quality of food can be inconsistent, with some customers receiving old or over-salted fries. Despite this, their classic burger combination remains a favorite among customers, although prices have increased, making it less of a value option. Recent reviews highlight friendly and courteous staff, with quick and easy service at the drive-thru. Customers appreciated the effort of staff members who checked orders carefully and provided good service. However, during busy times, there are concerns about the focus on drive-thru service, leading to longer waits for those using the kiosk or paying with EBT, which has caused frustration and feelings of discrimination.
