“I hate to say we won't be back to the LBX location (which we have been frequenting a few times a month) until we get confirmation that a certain employee is no longer there. We love your food but you've got a employee who is either a total psycho or just has a horrible sense of "humor" found a note in my to-go order that referenced killing someone. This was on the to-do/goal list the employees had done earlier in the day and had written on one of the white bags that you use for sauces/napkins/silverware. I pray it was a joke but even if it was, we live in a world where people are nuts and violence is so prevalent and yet this is how your employee chooses to represent your business while on company time.“
