“I’ve been coming to the new CFA on Newport & 17th since they opened, always worried about going in to pick up a ToGo order as I use a cane and depending on the day, I walk okay or not! Today was one of those “Not” days and when my order was ready, the nicest young man named Seth, offered to carry my food, etc. to my car. He was so gracious and kind to me. “I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh and tasty—my chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful, and the waffle fries were perfectly cooked. The service was excellent—staff were polite, welcoming, and very efficient. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was.
