Chick-fil-A in Downey

“I just had the sweetest encounter here with a worker, Marcela. She was honestly the sweetest and most attentive.

I had put my order at the wrong Chick-fil-a and I don’t know if she saw how I was beating myself up about it but she ended up giving me and my friend an ice cream to share and that brought me to a brink of tears. It truly made my whole day so much better after starting off the morning on a not so great note.

She is so sweet and was so attentive to everyone, she would constantly come over to ask if everything was okay and such. Honestly she deserves a 100% raise, she’s the sweetest person I’ve met in a long time.

I hope this review isn’t something that will get her in trouble. I’m not sure how it could be taken in any negative way, but I have heard stories where people get fired from a positive review. I just wanted to share this encounter. Marcela is the best!!“

“we don't really have a chick fill a in my city so I go to other cities that do the girl who took my order was very good taking my order except I forgot to tell her no tomatoes 🍅 but that's my fault, can you please open one in San Leandro or Hayward ca that's where I live, I'm only in pico Rivera because an uncle passed away that's why I'm in this area but I go home tomorrow 🙂“
