“I broke down in the city of Downey with a long trailer and left it parked at this location. In the morning CF employee Raul C. came to speak to me about leaving it overnight and how they've been having issues. After explaining what had happened he apologized showed empathy and even gave me breakfast. This really got my spirits up after some bad luck and a long night. W Raul and W Chick-fil-A 9180“
“My daughter was crying and upset . This was today about 8:30-8:35pm or so . A nice lady employee was so kind and approached her . She gave her some ice cream . My daughter smiled instantly and calmed down . Thank you for your kindness to our little girl !“
“A small order in the early AM done via app. The app made it very easy. Walked in to pick up, almost no wait. As a repeat customer, this was a repeat performance. Good food was ready as expected. Very fast turnaround. Later in the day, I suspect the experience may take longer. Using the app for takeout is highly recommended.“
