Chick-fil-A in Pasadena

“I really like the deals and the variety of materials this store offers, and I’ve spent a lot of money here. However, one thing that seriously makes me consider spending my money at other stores or buying other brands is the attitude of the staff.
In particular, Crystal and Hector have been rude, unfriendly, and not helpful, both when checking customers out and when answering questions. Customer service makes a big difference, especially for someone who shops here frequently. If my experience were based solely on the way I’ve been treated by these two employees, I would definitely consider not coming back.“

“Good service, good food, good sauces... waffle fries a bit less than stellar. Mostly great staff. Nice mostly shaded drive-thru. Lots of parking. Challenge is getting out of the parking lot if right isn't your favorite direction...and if you like to eat their food and it's a Sunday.“
