Chick-fil-A in Northridge

“Honestly, every Chick-fil-A location I’ve been to has always been such a good experience. The staff are always super friendly and truly go above and beyond. You can tell they really care about customer service. They’re constantly checking in, cleaning the dining area, asking if everything is okay, and making sure customers are taken care of.

One thing that really stood out to me was when I mentioned needing a refill, and instead of just pointing me in the direction, a staff member actually went and got it for me. It may seem small, but those little things make a huge difference.

As a single mom of three kids, any extra help means a lot to me, especially when I’m out managing everyone on my own. My youngest is 2 and my oldest is 12, so outings can get hectic sometimes 😅 but Chick-fil-A always makes it feel easier because the staff are so patient, kind, and helpful.

Overall, I love going to their locations because they consistently make customers feel welcomed and cared for. Great food, great atmosphere, and amazing customer service every time.“

“This is a solid Chick-fil-A when you’re in the Northridge area and want something quick that still feels consistent. The chicken sandwich, nuggets, waffle fries, and sauces are always the main reason to go, and this location is convenient if you’re near the mall, Costco, or running errands off Tampa. It can definitely get busy, especially in the drive-thru, but the line usually moves better than it looks. I like that they have mobile ordering too, because it makes the whole thing easier when you don’t want to wait around. Overall, reliable food, friendly service, and a good stop when you want fast food that feels a step above the usual.“
