Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles

“Top tier service ! These beautiful employees took their job very seriously and provided amazing quality service , following ALL policy and made us feel welcome . They said it was their pleasure but in all sincerity, it was my pleasure to witness such excellence ! everyone deserves a raise !!! including management“

“Well there's no need to talk about other things because, they were nice and gave free refills, and that the food ks always hot and nice. But one thing that shocked me is that, when I ordered my food and came to my table, the servants were right behind me and set the food down before I sat down. That is so incredible!“

“I was looking for a quick lunch, and Chick-fil-A was a great choice. I was able to get a meal for under $8 by ordering the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, which was delicious especially with their sauce (the Chick-fil-A sauce is my favorite). The service was warm and friendly as well. My husband ordered fries and mentioned that, unlike many places, they actually tasted like real potatoes.“

“I’ve been to this location before but today 12/10 was the first time I was greeted and met with an exceptional attitude. Colt was extremely friendly, patient, and was the sweetest worker ive been assisted with at this location. We need more Colton’s because sometimes people just show up to work and leave their good attitudes at home.“

“Best Chick-Fil-A to stop by. The staff was incredibly nice. The guy working the register was very welcoming. The food was immaculate! The chicken sandwich and fries were crispy, well seasoned, and fresh. I would 1000% come back again!! I don’t really rate food places but I definitely had to rate this spot five stars because of how the service and food left me beyond satisfied.“

“Arrive to order some food on the way home one night. There were two vans filled with a local men's baseball team who had the same idea .. I initially turned around to leave, but thought, I would be waisting time driving if I chose to try somewhere else. I looped around and queued up in line. They were well staffed and able to handle the sudden high volume. I actually had my food delivered to me before I reached the window by a young lady who seemed to be enjoying the challenge...“

“The restaurant was busy but disruptions to guest were limited. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of spacing with an easy order process- I used the app. The staff are efficient and accommodating but, I didn’t get the second mile service chick fil a is known for.

The chicken deluxe was fresh and tasted as great as they usually do. The large fries were good but may not have been fresh since, they turned cold quick.

The food is always fresh and hot. Also… they employ a DIVERSE group of people so I don’t like the “stereotype” of chick fil a. This organization is kind to all!!!! Please go!!!“

“Incredibly friendly staff. I mixed up my order and they were really helpful and kind. Food is also up to par and worth it compared to all the other prices here. 15$ for a meal is pretty wild for an airport location in 2025. You can walk from any terminal to here“
