Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles

“Chick fil a has yummy Chicken sandwiches. Love the waffle fries 🍟. Love the different sauces to dip in. There is a playground for the kids. Quick and easy access to the 405 and 90 freeways 🛣. Staff is really nice and helpful. Service is fast and efficient. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend checking them out. Won’t be disappointed.“

“I enjoy the consistency of chick-fil-a food but I am writing this review for the customer service I received from Quasam (hopefully I spelled that right I only got a quick glimpse at his name tag). He was so helpful and kind in the drive through above and beyond the normal 5 star customer service Chick-Fil-A is known for. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed.“

“I was looking for a quick lunch, and Chick-fil-A was a great choice. I was able to get a meal for under $8 by ordering the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, which was delicious especially with their sauce (the Chick-fil-A sauce is my favorite). The service was warm and friendly as well. My husband ordered fries and mentioned that, unlike many places, they actually tasted like real potatoes.“

“I'm usually a sandwich person but decided to get nuggets this time. They came out hot and crispy and were especially good with the Polynesian sauce. I also tried the mac and cheese on the side and it was surprisingly filling. Everything tasted fresh. Definitely getting this combination again.“

“I’m very impressed with this place. Everybody works really hard to be friendly and you can tell a lot of these young people are gonna do a lot of wonderful places in the world even though right now they’re just starting up their ability to be professional well dressed stay focused, and deliver food in a timely matter in a very busy environment while keeping the restaurant again they definitely were well above the bar hot tub to them. I’m at the gentleman, Peter, the gentleman, Ivan and the young lady Evelyn working in the floor keeping it clean, taking care of bussing the tables being super friendly and many others.

I would say this place is training a lot of people to be wonderful please and enjoy successful futures. I had the three chicken tenders meal. I was not disappointed.

I ended up getting the barbecue sauce in the ranch and then I had Powerade to wash it down… I’ll be coming back, but I would like to congratulate everybody for working hard and keeping this place clean and moving along.“

“Decided to get the 12-count nuggets with mac and cheese and was really happy with my choice. The nuggets were crispy and tender and the mac and cheese was warm and creamy. They gave me plenty of sauces without me having to ask twice. Everything tasted freshly made. Definitely left satisfied.“

“It's located on a very busy corner. If you enter from behind the store, you come in an alley and cross traffic with the drive thru customers. Wasn't a big deal on the day I went. Free parking lot.
Has all the normal items. My order was made correctly and delivered to my table.
Everything tasted good and you can have your fountain drink refilled if you bring your cup up to the counter.
Worked for me.

I had an amazing experience at this Chick-fil-A in the airport, specifically because of Dena and Ethan. I informed them that I have a serious peanut allergy, and they went above and beyond to make sure I could safely eat my order. They took the time to do thorough research and carefully verify that my food would not contain peanuts or come into contact with anything that could put me at risk.

What really stood out to me was how seriously they took my concern. They were patient, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my safety instead of making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It’s honestly rare to come across people who carry this much genuine care and compassion for someone they don’t even know. That meant more to me than they probably realize.

Dena and Ethan are absolutely wonderful people, and Chick-fil-A is extremely lucky to have them. Traveling with a food allergy can be stressful, but they gave me genuine peace of mind. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. 10/10 experience!“
