Easy location if at the Mall or need delivery in the area. Always fresh. The staff is efficient with nice manners ... rare these days post pandemic. People enjoy being around people who are happy and go out of their way and you get that at this Chick-fil-A!
The customer service was great up until today.....the food, can be way better. Fries are almost ALWAYS cold and fried in old oil, sometimes nuggets aren't cooked thoroughly. When I voiced my complaint, 2 young employees had the nerve to say that I'm just trying to get free food... not sure why they would come to that conclusion, I don't feel entitled to a replacement but I'm never eating here again.
