“It’s not often I’m blown away by a place, but this place has done it. Famous Donuts is in a simple strip mall with very humble storefront, but by golly do they have the best donuts around!! For those who like classic, FRESH, quality donuts, this is the place. The owner is just fabulous too- so friendly and generous as well. I will make the drive from Irvine to Costa Mesa just for these. “Came here late at night, asked if they had empty buckets (also 12 donut holes) and they were really nice, gave me two buckets and even an extra donut. I wanted to tip but he scanned my card and didn't give me the option so I'm writing a review instead.“
