El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant known for its friendly and efficient staff who handle the many orders with ease. The food is consistently satisfying and fresh, with a reasonable price point. However, one location has faced some issues, such as a rude staff member and dry chicken in the salad. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience at El Pollo Loco is generally positive, making it a go-to choice for many customers.
