The best mochi donuts I've ever tried! I also really like the texture and taste of their mochi cookies. In addition to being delicious treats for yourself, their donuts and cookies also make great gifts! If you're planning on visiting, I recommend ordering online ahead of time so that your order is ready for pick up once you arrive. I really wish I lived closer to Fill Bakeshop so that I could visit more oftenn, so fingers crossed that they'll open a location in SGV one day :)
I've been wanting to come here for a while because I heard it was good, so naturally I needed to see what the hype was about. I read reviews where people said the line was long and parking was limited, but that was not the issue for us. We went on a Friday afternoon, too. It just depends on your luck. We've come here several times, and it has been consistently delicious. We were excited to see mocha cookies this time too! The donuts have always been so yummy. What I love is the chewy texture, and the sweetness level is never over the top. My favorite flavors are the taro, Oreo, guava. The cookie was the same chewy texture and not too sweet. The prices are a bit high but overall so delicious!
