I stayed here for 5 years in Costa Mesa! The area is beautiful and it is conveniently located in the heart of Orange County! I am appreciative for all the time that I was here! I am also appreciative of the staff such as Brendan, Xochilt, Ramon, Christian, Alfonso, etc. Thank you very much for everything South Pointe! I truly appreciate you all for everything forever!!!!!
A great place to stay, as it is close to the freeway, has multiple coffee shops and restaurants within 10 minutes on foot, and offers clean, accessible amenities. Also had a great experience working with Alex (the leasing director) from checking out the space to signing the lease. I wouldn't mind going through the leasing process with her and her team again, but unfortunately, I could only rent one apartment at a time.
I’ve been looking to relocate to the West Coast, and after touring several places, my experience at South Pointe Apartments really stood out. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Alex for such a wonderful showing!
