Located on the second floor of Macy's by the shoes, Wetzel's Pretzels might be hard to find but worth the search. The original pretzel, warm and buttery, had a mix of fluffy and slightly burnt parts. Despite the lack of signs, the clean store and nice ambiance made the experience enjoyable. The frozen hot chocolate and lemonade were refreshing treats. Quick service and friendly staff make it a recommended stop for a tasty snack during a shopping spree.
