Wow. What a difference a couple years makes! Honestly, it was like I was eating in a brand new place. The burger was definitely hand-formed, cooked perfectly to specifications, seasoned well, and the bun was NOTHIING like the one I'd been served in 2022. The fries were crispy, the onion rings were optimally deep fried with nary a trace of grease to be found. This was a great burger and a great meal. Staff was super friendly and efficient as well.

10$ for a milkshake is low key INSANE.I knew there were different sizes and I guess that's my bad for not just asking for the smaller one but I wasn't even offered option.Was good but I could've bought a tub of ice and oreos and milk and made 20 milkshakes lol I get it's all about convenience but at the same time, prices everywhere are getting out of hand. ?

This used to be my favorite burger spot but it has gone steadily downhill since the pandemic. Last week I was craving a burger so we went and it was THE worst! I will never go again. My onion rings were cold, the bacon was WAY overcooked -hard and dry- like it had been cooked several days before, and my burger was so hard and dry that I could barely cut through it with a knife. When I peeled off the cheese I could see just how burned it was and deep black grill marks. The condiment bar was very unclean and had some moldy paper towels around a couple of the pickle bins.

Once we received our food froman online order, we discovered that the onion rings were missing. Also, one of the superburgers was still raw and uneatable.
My favorite spot for after work beer and burger. I love the atmosphere and the food just makes me happy. Try the El tourista burger if you like a little heat!

First time ever here. We didn't even make it through the door the big guy. Maybe management? NoT One worker acknowledge us standing there. That was it for me!! The big guy could care less if we were there or not the place was filthy.! Tables were not cleared and nobody was even there eating . It was a very strange setting . Never have I ever nor will I ever go there ever. Thank you for being rude just shows you how you run your business.

Maybe this might've been a bad night don't know, but we ordered our food then we looked for a table but the was none because they were not cleaned. The chicken sandwiches the buns were cold and not very tasty we ordered a strawberry milkshake I don't know if they use glasses for them but ours came in the mixing cup ? but the best thing was the sweet potato fries. They came hot :)
I do enjoy this restaurant and this won’t deter me from coming back, but I think it should be noted to always remember to check your order before leaving. It has never been ridiculously busy in there when I have gone, so I don’t understand the forgetfulness.You forget a whole side order of fries and 3 sauces that you expected me to pay for (which I happily did), but never got & in this tipping culture, tipped on top of everything and still got short changed.When this happens, I usually go about my future orders checking and it’s always correct and I look like a weirdo, but the minute I restore trust, I have to go back to my Karen ways. :(Please, staff of Superburger, read your receipts and give the customers what they PAID for.

Good onion rings, but their garlic fries are sub-par. Same with their fries. McDonald's fries are better and much cheaper. But the onion rings are pretty good
