I usually drive out to Subway off Route 66 in Glendora. But it was passed 8 and they were already closed. So I came to this place since it closes at 9. Ordered the #4 meat foot long on white. By the time I got home to eat, the bread was not fresh. Stale, hard and the ends of the sub's bread flaked off. As if baked but not baked. I called but since it was passed 9 there was no answer. Went the next day and explained the situation and the girl didn't believe me. I explained that my lady and I ate the center of the sandwich and left the ends. We threw away those remains. But the girl wanted me to bring the entire sandwich. I tried to explain to her that we were hungry which was the reason why we went to buy that late. But she said she had to call her manager to see what she could do. I didn't ask for a refund, I just asked for a fresh sandwich but after a while with her calling her manager. She or they agreed to a 6" sandwich, not the entire foot long. (I didn't argue nor make a scene, it was a regular conversation with the employee. Don't get me wrong.) I just won't go back, not worth the hassle.

I received the wrong sandwiches. They were made incorrectly on a mobile order. When I call to get ahold of them. It takes like 6 calls. Then, when I do, I explain the situation and am told "pick the toppings off" of the wrong one. Doesn't help when the person is ALLEGIC to the toppings ruining their sandwich. Then I am "placed on hold" because they are getting busy after being told "I will call you back" and NEVER giving me my number when asked what it was. Then placed on hold and HUNG UP on. It's ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I will NEVER come back here and will inform others not to as well.

I went here because the one I normally go to was moving to a bigger location. I ordered a foot long breakfast sandwich. The lady behind the counter only put 3 slices of ham on the sandwich and pulled out a tablespoon measure to put the shredded cheese. She only put 1 tbsp of cheese on a foot long sandwich. When I asked her, is that all the meat and cheese you're gonna put on the sandwich? She said. Yes, it only comes with 3 pieces of meat for breakfast sandwich and this is all the cheese we ever put on It. So I paid for extra meat and added cheese when I got home. I also had to replace the brown lettuce. I would never go back to this location.

I went this morning to this location because the San Dimes one was temporarily closed. I ask for the foot long ham and egg breakfast sandwich on flat bread. She had Togo to the back to get frozen eggs. She defrosted in the microwave. She put 3 slices of ham. I told her the other subway puts more ham then that. She said on the breakfast sandwich you only get half the meat. The She had a tablespoon measure and only put 1 tablespoon of cheader cheese. The lettuces and spinach were very wilted. I will never go back there.

I attempted to use a, "buy one, get one free" sandwich offer Subway advertises on their website. I was planning on picking up my order. I called 11 different Subway restaurants and not a single one accepts this offer. I experienced this same situation one day ago from another location. Why advertise this offer if no one recognizes this offer? This is both frustrating and disappointing.Also, Subway customer service is non existent. I tried every single number I could possibly locate to speak with a live person and they all refer you to their website however, you are required to include a store receipt number, date and time food was purchased etc..I have not been able to place an order so I do not have this required infoTwo days of negative contact with Subway is enough for me. I feel like I am begging them to accept my hard earned money. I am done with this place for good! I have been a long time (25 plus years) and loyal customer but that's it for me! So long Subway

I go here because it's close to my house but the last few times I've been here even with nobody else in the restaurant they act like it's a race to make my sandwich and throw all the toppings on and try to finish as fast as possible showing no effort or care for my sandwich kind of a joke I only got three pickles on my foot long in about four black olives cuz she rushed like she was going to s*** her pants or something I don't understand what the hurry was and why throwing my sandwich together like it was a piece of s*** it was such a big deal so far the last three times I came it was this way I rather go somewhere else where they actually spend 10 more seconds and show some kind of care
