“We went to Corky’s for my mother’s 86th birthday. The staff accommodated our party of 8, without any problems. The server was very nice and the restaurant was clean. My drink was filled and all our little requests were met. The prices were good and the quantity of food was good. Yes, I would recommend Corky’s to all my fiends and family.“

“The food and the drinks were absolutely delicious but the prices are just outrageous I paid $37 for one margarita and two tacos. I understand they need to inflate prices a little but that's price gouging and I won't go back because of it.“

“This is my third time visiting this restaurant/coffee shop, and every single visit has been outstanding. I absolutely love the atmosphere. The prices are great, the food is delightful, and the portions are out of this world—so much food! I still can’t believe I live less than a mile away.

I want to give a very special shout-out to Gio/Geo. He was my server during my previous visit, and his customer service has been top-tier every time.

Today, Sunday 11/16/25, I rushed straight here from work in Orange County because he genuinely made my last experience unforgettable. It was very busy, and even though he wasn’t a server today, the moment he noticed I had been unattended for a few minutes, he immediately came to assist me. He took my order on the spot and once again saved the day!

This young man is truly a gem, and I hope to see him here every time I visit. He has made my experience phenomenal not once, but twice in a row. If I could give him a raise myself, I would—but since I can’t, I sincerely hope someone in management sees this:

“First time, and it was pretty decent. My husband got the combo breakfast burrito and i got the swiss combo burger that had avocado and bacon in it. It was pretty good. Came with onion rings also which was a shocker bc most places do not give you onion rings AND fries so that was awesome“

“The food was great especially the steak and the mashed potatoes. The view was wonderful, specially at night when the goats were working on mowing the lawn. The appetizers were great too. The salmon and cheese cake were OK. Wouldn’t get then again, but was part of the event. I did not liked that there was no water at the tables or where the sodas were. There was not hot water either to make a tea.“

“This Juan Pollo is a great option when I'm in the mood for chicken. The cashier was very attentive and cared to explain their specials. The service was very prompt. I recommend the chicken, potato salad, rice, and mild salsa. They also have corn tortillas available.“

“We patronized Pepper Steak restaurant recently for the first time. The food tasted authentic Mexican style. The food tasted just like my grandmother made it during my childhood years (and she is from Jalisco). My sister and mother also loved the food. We went a second time and we just loved the food. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any person. And finally, the attendants are very polite and helpful. Asking if “everything is fine” during our stay.“

“My youngest daughter wanted to try a Honeybaked ham for Easter. I was raised on it, but stopped eating pork in high school. I had no idea the customer service was going to so amazing. The employees are extremely helpful. They will answer a million questions without hesitation. They also make great recommendations. From the time you walk through the door, you are treated so kindly!!!! My plan was to visit the Upland location, but after visiting here, I'll make the 30 min drive, because of the customer service!!!!! I ended up buying ham and turkey! Next, I want to try the beef ribs that the employee showed me. One last mention, the employee showed me many items. I had no idea, Honeybaked Ham made ribs!!!!!!

I did however inquire about thier rewards program and luis explain to me that right now the rewards program was messed up and it couldnt get points because I never use a card here beforem. no worries septembers get that's fixed tho“

“I don't normally give five stars to every aspect unless it's really deserved, but we had a surprisingly delightful experience.

It didn't start out great - when we went to the hostess desk, she was being scolded by some guy who didn't get a free breakfast or a free meal or something free. I don't even know what it was, but he rattled the hostess to the point where she seemed to have a difficult time helping us once the guy left. In fact, a server had to help us and took us back to our table. We didn't have high hopes, but we were there and we were hungry.

Our server was just a sweetheart. She was quick and efficient. Our appetizer was the Mexican Street Corn dip and - oh yeah - it's just as delicious as it sounds. In the end, we were practically licking the bowl. My husband had a California Club sandwich, but I got the spaghetti and meatballs. I'm very picky about my spaghetti sauce - I don't like a bunch of fancy spices that compete with the sweetness of the tomato. Just give me a good, simple marinara. Well, they did. And it was spectacular. Flavorful, simple, and delicious. The meatballs were also amazing - cooked all the way through, no pink (which is just so gross and unappetizing), and they were very tasty.

I have to say that we really were pleasantly surprised by the meal. I'm going to go back for that spaghetti because it was just that good. If the restaurant manager reads this review, don't change a thing! It was perfect!

“If I could I will give the customer service rating a 0 star rating. The food is great, but It was a very frustrating experience dealing with the lady serving as cashier today. She was very super unprofessional and lacked direct customer engagement by being on her phone texting, kissing her boyfriend, and not prioritizing the customer’s interaction with the order(s)I had to repeat myself all of times and felt genuinely unconsidered as if I wasn’t there.

(Edit) as of 7/30/25, this lady I mentioned no longer works here and the owner finally took responsibility and fired her or she willingly left. I'm giving them 5 stars for her disappearance. She doesn't represent the spirit and quality of The original Pizza House.“

“The Smash burgers are exceptionally delicious. Fries and Onion rings were crispy as they should be. The establishment is extremely clean with a comfortable atmosphere. Our server, Tara was awesome. She's worked there since 2008. She certainly loves her job.“

My mom said the sauce taster like it was from a jar, but I really liked it. The waiter was also nice.
