The girl asked for my order 5 times and it wasnt busy. Got there to order around 7:30pm on June 2nd, 2026. The girls energy was just rude and snotty. Crack head energy🤷♀ when saying the amount, she extended her hand very rude waiting for payment. Customer service was terrible. Honked so many times for them to come back to the drive thru to give us our extra sauce they charged and didnt put in the bag. Probably one of the best El Pollo Loco locations I’ve visited. Super friendly staff, really good food, and very clean tables. I had a great experience !
