“The service, ambiance, and beer were all great. The staff were friendly when we were deciding which beer to order. There were so many great options and they were helpful when I asked for a recommendation. It was a chilly day in El Segundo but they had the heaters turned on and there were still a lot of people out enjoying the beer. Overall, great experience and I would return.“

“I had to edit this review. I was at the Propagator this past Saturday July 19. I visit at least 2xs a month. Once again the beers, the food and the service were top notch as it always is. Let me give a shout out to another one of me and my friends favorite waitress, LIajayra E. I hope I spelled that right. In the fine tradition of great service Llajayra is just fantastic. Nice, courteous and knows how to take care of her customers. Major props, she represents Firestone Walker well, a definite asset to be sure.“

“We had a few beers there and loved it. Simple hidden gem in the Gundo on a not well traveled side street off grand ave. Not big, (6 big tables up front) but great beer for $8 or so. Also, a nice back area for more private gatherings.

“Went here during an Oktoberfest celebration and was a great space. Even though it was crowded was still plenty of room and was able to find parking in their lot. Fast service and good selection of beers. Definitely want to go back when it’s a little more casual but was very excited to have the first experience be during Oktoberfest.“

“With counter and/or bar service, a full menu of appetizers, salads, and entrees are available in addition to pizzas. A limited selection of pizzas are available by the slice, and the thin crust has great flavor, although it's not especially crispy. El Segundo Brewing's lineup of beers are on tap, along with a couple of guest offerings, so if a slice and a pint appeals to you, the name definitely doesn't lie.“
“Stopped by to try out your beers. Absolutely the best beers I’ve had in a while. Your Oatmeal Cookie Brown Ale knocked my socks off and if it wasn’t for me needing to drive home I would have stayed all day long. By the way that barrel aged version is heaven in a glass. Keep up the world class brewing.“

I grabbed a beer by myself at the counter.
Payment is of course cash-on-delivery, so just open the card with the tab.
The owner is friendly and has a nice atmosphere.
It's okay if you can't speak English very well.
I went there twice in a few days, and the second time there was a really bad smell, but I guess it's a charm.
We had a wonderful time.

“Great service and welcoming environment. ample parking and seating both indoors and out. amazing selection of both beers and ciders on tap. my only major issue is the removal of the tip system to a forced service charge (mandatory tip) system of 18%. we ordered a single flight and a pint at the bar ourselves, no table service or any real interaction yet a tip was fourced upon us on the bill.“

“Visited after an afternoon on the beach with our 2 year old. The kids area had a variety of toys to play with and crayons/markers/chalk to color with. Kiddo was happy to play while we enjoyed our drinks. The pizza menu looked appealing and it was nice to see kid friendly options available (Dino nuggets, tater tots) although the nuggets seemed expensive. Everything was very clean, the building was spacious with cozy furniture. Parking was easy right out front, and we had no problem bringing a stroller in. We had a very nice visit and would definitely return again!“

“I went during happy hour and had a great experience! The food was delicious — I highly recommend trying the shrimp tostadas and the wings. Both were full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were also a standout — fresh, well-balanced, and really tasty. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a fun spot with great drinks and bites ✨“

“A great place, nice people, great staff. Excellent for a lunch, a quick snack or a coffee break from a busy day. A big plus is the garden in the back where you can sit back and enjoy the day. Also good if you prefer working outside in the sun. A warm recommendation.

“My family and me visit this place when it was happy hour time mostly. We love there happy hour menu.They are dog friendly and has menu for them too. I don't do alcohol but husband love's their brewery too. Good place to hang out with friends and family. Every time I visit there is always an event happening.“

“I really enjoyed going to this restaurant. The food was great, the atmosphere is a nice oasis in the middle of L.A. but most exceptional was Rachel, she was such an amazing waitress. It was really busy and they were short-staffed and she rocked it! Thx Rachel you are amazing and your recommendation to go with the fish tacos was such a good choice! “Enjoyed some yummy burritos & quesadillas while getting some drinks (horchata for the kidlets).
Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendly until 7:30pm (and very polite with a reminder from security to be sure we knew they become 21+ after that time).“
