Good take out service, either by pick up yourself or by a delivery service. Their food is pretty consistent too. Only time I've had an issue with any dish is because of an ingredient I wasn't expecting and don't like. So they'd get 5 stars if they provided a more full ingredient list for each dish.
When I want Chinese food, Dragon Restaurant is the closest I get to good in Los Angeles. I have ordered pick up and delivery. When I go in, the restaurant it's always clean and the service is good. I usually order the shrimp broccoli and ask for oyster sauce. I guess they only have a brown sauce because it never tastes like oyster sauce, but it will pass. We've gotten take out food from Dragon dozens of times and we've only had great experiences. Everything is prepared quickly and it is all DELICIOUS every time. It is also a great value since you get a hearty portion for a good price.
