I do not know why I keep coming back when I can go to another Starbucks.

Twice I have been given brown sugar cortados with NO brown sugar syrup and NO cinnamon. The last time I complained, they took my drink and dumped about 1T of cinnamon on top of my drink. Today they did not even give me espresso, but tried to pass off coffee in my drink. I was literally given coffee with cream and paid over $5.

The incompetence is astounding. I just did not want to ask for another drink only to have the employees retaliate like last time.

On a separate occasion I asked for an Americano and watched the male employee go to the coffee urn and hand me my supposed drink.

I do like Starbucks. I stop at one at least once if not more. This one not so much.

I live nearby and used to come to this location whenever I wanted a coffee and sit down and use the restroom. But now it feels like the employees are stingy the moment you walk through the door waiting to see if you ordered something. It's such a turn off now and now I'm going to Randy's and local shops really sad to see what they become.

Restrooms are militantly guarded. Went in with an “explosive” issue. Told them I would make a purchase, but they wouldn’t grant me the code until I waited in line and made a purchase, first (most, if not all other restaurants, will grant you relief before forcing transactional behavior- it’s basic humanity. But this Starbucks is transactional to the core.) Also, burned beans and poorly-conceived, over-priced coffee. Go somewhere else and get served a better experience by human beings.

I went to this location 3 times within a week and every time they got something wrong about my order. And when you approach the front counter they hit you with the fluoride stare.
