incredible pacing. I've been to many omakase spots and there's never been a restaurant where I appreciate the negative space more than at this experience.
Incredible omakase experience. You get to watch the master work his craft right in front of you; very unique and satisfying creations all night. Would recommend to anyone looking for a remarkable evening.
