i get why this place gets good reviews. the food is consistent, healthy and well made. the staff is friendly and the location is kept up and looks good. however, I am not the target customer. this is our office lunch choice one a week and I tried it again today for the second time. I unfortunately don't like bitter greens or "gritty" grains. every last dish on the menu (unless I sub something) contains quinoa (gritty) or kale (bitter) with two exceptions, both of which contain arugula (bitter). I don't like substitutions because on big orders like ours restaurants tend to make errors. I tried to get the crispy rice bowl and sub romaine for the arugula. it still came with arugula. but that may have been our fault. the rice wasn't "crispy"... it turned out to be wild rice (gritty). so I have to give up. if you are like me and don't like bitter flavors, this may not be for you.
