This was my first dining experience at Vespertine. Having been at 2 and 3 star Michelin restaurants around the world, Vespertine now ranks among my top 3! Exquisitely prepared meals, delicious and inventive taste combinations, remarkable service, and fantastic atmosphere. Truly an impressive upgrade from eight years ago when Vespertine was grand opened. The quail is amazing with different presentation and preparing. The deep sea prawn is very tender and fresh. Caviar is well served with vegetables and almost like a Chawanmushi. Black truffle smells good and tastes great. Lamb and wagyu are cooked to perfection. And the Uni has a great taste of sweetness which the chef decided to prepare as a desert. Wine sommelier is knowledgeable and attentive....read full review
