CREAM is one of my favourite indulgences, but my visit tonight was disappointing. There was only one server working and several customers, which meant that the server needed to multi-task or “wear several hats” at the same time. He had to prepare and serve orders, and be the cashier. I noticed that whilst he was wearing plastic gloves, he did not change them between handling food and collecting money from customers.
