The cake design is simple and cute, and the fruit is very fresh, adding a refreshing taste to the whole thing. However, the sponge cake body is a bit dry, which affects the moistness of the taste. It would be better if it could be softer and more tender. ?“

“I ordered an eggless and sugar-substituted birthday cake for my mom and was trying this place for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience right from placing an order to pick up. I was able to customise the cake to be eggless, sugar-free and less creamy. The cake was very tasty, soft and just as desired!

“Lady M’s crepe cakes, especially the Matcha and Pistachio flavors, are absolutely incredible. The texture is delicate, the flavor is rich, and every bite is pure indulgence. The Matcha cake, in particular, is unmatched—I’ve never had anything like it before. I’ve tried several matcha cakes from Anton Patisserie, but they don’t come close to what Lady M offers. No other place makes matcha cakes as good as this. Truly a top-tier dessert destination!“

“I ordered a milk n cookie shake with whipped cream on top - it’s dangerously delicious. I had four e-gift cards, but I didn’t know which one still had a balance in it. When my first gift card showed a $0 balance, I offered to use my credit card. Cassandra encouraged me to try the other gift cards, so I greatly appreciate her for punching in all four of my gift cards. Finally, the fourth gift card had a balance in it. “Amazing experience. The woman who was up front gave us excellent service. Was more interested in the Persian style of food, as this is what they specialize in. She brought me to each type of sweet that is eaten there. All of it was delicious and the coffee was great.“

“I ordered 2 slices of cake through Lady M’s official website. When I picked it up, the box was sealed, so I didn’t check it until I got back to San Francisco — only to find out they gave me the wrong flavor. I had ordered the Dubai Chocolate but was given Sesame instead.

I immediately submitted a refund request, but after an entire week, no one followed up. I reached out through online chat, and instead of helping, the representative told me I needed to contact a third-party platform. I had to point out that I placed the order *directly* on their website — only then did they change their story and say I should call customer service.

I called and was then told I needed to email them instead. I emailed right away. It’s now been another week, and still no response.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. For a brand that positions itself as premium, their customer service is shockingly disorganized and unresponsive. I expected much better, and I would caution others against using their website

After posting my review, Lady M’s team reached out and followed up on the issue. I appreciate that they took the initiative to make things right, and their gesture was thoughtful. While the original experience was disappointing, I’m glad they took the time to respond and resolve it.“
