Nice Ramen restaurant with cozy interior space. Ippudo in Cupertino delivers a satisfying ramen experience in a warm and inviting setting. The interior is tastefully decorated, with wooden accents and soft lighting that create a relaxed, modern Japanese vibe — perfect for both solo diners and small groups.

The flavors here are excellent but for a bowl of ramen, it is on the pricier side - almost not worth it. I had a Bonnie Bonito, very tasty, but the serving was definitely on the smaller side (maybe like a 3/4th of a standard bowl). Eating there myself was ~$30 for the ramen+egg (incl. tax & 18% tip). To be quite honest I was sticker shocked when I paid.

Sadly, Ippudo has fallen off a lot in the last few years. When I first had it in the Bay at the SF location in 2017, the menu was consistent and they served their core menu and did it well. In the last few years they expanded to more ramen options and have added on a number of appetizer options. All of this has taken a toll on the value and quality.

I recently ordered their “Nirvana Karaka” which is their revamped version of the “Veggie Karaka Spicy”...
