Safar By Karimi in Cupertino is a delightful upscale Indian fusion restaurant, offering one of the best and rare fine dining experiences in the Bay Area. The Hyderabadi flavors are just amazing, with everything prepared not just plated fancy but tasting just as amazing. Every dish is a work of art, and the ambiance sets the perfect mood for fine dining. All the items were great, but the mocktails and the mango burrata were the highlights as well as highly imaginative. The Mango Burrata Chaat is a unique blend of flavors that one must try, being light, refreshing, and bursting with flavor. The Rogan Gosht was outstanding, with lamb so tender it melted with every bite. The flatbreads were fresh, and the BBQ dishes were perfectly grilled. The Pistachio Lava Cake with ice cream was rich, warm, and indulgent. The service is exceptional, with staff who are really courteous and go above and beyond to enrich the experience. Great food, great ambiance, and definitely a place to come back to. Highly recommend!
