“Ten Ren is hands-down my favorite boba spot in the Cupertino area, their tea tastes like tea and the flavors added are not too overwhelming. Staff are friendly and will happily help you with your order if you find there are any problems with your drink. Prices are not bad and they have one of the more generous rewards systems that I've seen. Always happy to come and support this store. I recommend their Honeydew GMT!“

“Prepare for a longer than expected wait time since the drinks and parfait require longer prep time. We stopped by on a Thurs 3pm and there were 2 staff working. We ordered 2 gelatos in a cup. Since there were a few orders ahead of us. It was a 20min wait. At least the order estimate was relatively accurate.

Matcha gelato:
Tried #4 and #5. I like #4 for gelato. I think I'd get #5 in a float since it can get pretty tea saturated. The matcha is a classic flavor without being overly grassy. The texture is smooth and creamy.

We also got Hokkaido milk and the Osmanthus fermented rice. The Hokkaido is rich and sweet. The osmanthus is fragrant and has a light fermented sweetness. It worked really well with #5 matcha.“

“My favorite milk tea/boba place in the Bay Area. The prices of their drinks haven't risen like other chains, their tea is of high quality, and the staff make drinks in the fastest time.While there isn't much seating room inside, one can quickly order and grab and go. The staff speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English and one can either name the drinks or provide a number, and they incredibly know which number matches each drink.My favorite drink here is the Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea with pearls; however, any milk teas from here taste delicious!“

“The only reason i’m writing this review is because of the service. I was pretty nervous to order something new so when i got an okinawa milk tea (D11) i realized my mistake. i had got it with fresh milk meaning the drink was almost entirely milk. However, as i told the cashier my conundrum, the cashier was still incredibly nice and welcoming. she offered to make me the okinawa roasted milk tea (D13) to replace the one i already ordered. and nail in the coffin was that the new drink is now one of my favorites. she was completely understanding and sweet and i’m definitely coming back!! <33“

“Consider this a 3.5. The boba was off but good, the taste really, it was chewy and firm. The tea was good (I got less sweet but regular would have been fine as someone who likes little to no sugar in tea. The staff were very friendly and upfront. There was a reasonable amount of ice in the drink. The price was average.“

“Had a bad experience years ago in this location. But today I walked in and ordered 2 drinks, got them ready in 5 minutes. Both tasted great. Drinks were place in mini cooler bag, the bag is very cute. I hope this store can stay this way in the long run.
I guess going here on weekdays can avoid long wait.
