Disappointed with the entrées and they sat us directly by the door, so when it opened, blasted cold air was directly at us.

Their Zhangcha Crow is delicious, but an order of half a piece costs more than 20 dollars, but only one third of it is served. This is a dishonest shop. Every time I order Zhangcha Crow, I get very angry. , I won’t crow again in the future, I believe the kitchen will divide a crow into three parts and sell it!

Pretty darn average. The soup for the Xiao long bao is sweeter than most of the others out there, which is pretty unique. But, at the ~$2/dumpling, it's not particularly worth. The other dishes at this spot are pretty expensive as well. Wouldn't recommend coming here, the hours are awkward and there are better Chinese restaurants around the area than this spot.

We’ve been dining here for years and it’s our go-to AUTHENTIC Szechuan comfort food! Kathleen (owner) is SUPER FRIENDLY (completely customer oriented) and will do anything to make it right for you. Anything less than 5 stars is just not right so let her know if something doesn’t meet your expectations and give her an opportunity to delight you.

Nice outdoor seating. We made a reservation through Google for our party of 9 people. The table was ready for us when we walked in.Service was good and fast.We ordered too much food because we wanted to sample different dishes. We ended up bringing some food home. The food is decent but not with wow’s. Good for causal family dinners.

local chinese restaurant serving all the classics. prompt service and well priced! would come back if craving chinese food and need to try the xlb next time!szechuan chicken: delicious, crispy and would recommend! can get spicy thoughchive pockets: pretty good but not memorable
XLB Kitchen has a nice outdoor area for people who enjoy eating outside, but unfortunately the food was incredibly disappointing, hence the low rating. They do have complimentary tea though. Here's what we ordered:Steamed Pork XLB (4/5): xlb was juicy and steaming hot, but the steamed pork was slightly harder than I would've liked. Glutinous Rice with Pork in Bamboo (2/5): was presented in such a nice way in a bamboo dish, but the pork had a very strong unpleasant gamey aftertaste. All the pork were also very fatty. Glutinous rice was average.Fried Buns with Pork (2.5/5): the dough was so thick and chewy, and there were barely any meat in the bun. Plenty of better 生煎包 at other Chinese restaurants in the Bay.

I was here for lunch. I had heard about the schejwan recipe and hence this was a good place to taste it. I ordered the fried chicken rice with beef and a sweet pumpkin cake. I was a satisfied customer as the food tasted delicious. They look like a small restaurant but when you go inside you see there's outdoor seating at the side as well. There's free parking, and plenty of space to sit. I'm definitely going to come and try other dishes from their menu.

I came here to try out their XLB and pan fried bun, their XLB is extremely delicious, thin skin with fresh, flavorful meat filling and soup! Highly recommended!Their pan fried bun is the opposite, small filling, very thick skin and dry.I ordered to go and the lady who answered the phone was nice and polite. There are lots of parking here even during lunch time on Sunday. I will definitely come back to get their XLB again!
