Went there on a Sunday morning. The place was packed, but we got a table rather quickly. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Food came out hot. Yeah, IHOP!!

One cook, one server/hostess (doing both jobs), one person cleaning at 1pm. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. Took us 25 minutes after being seated to be offered a beverage. Took us another HOUR to get our food and not only was the order all wrong but everything was cold. I don't blame the girl, she was by herself and literally got swamped by 9 different groups walking in at once. Whoever did the staffing/ is the franchisee, shame on you for trying to penny pinch. Be properly staffed at all times or your staff actually have a lawsuit on their hands.

Came in at 8am for the $7 specials. Pancakes are like tortillas:( idk what happened. I have been craving these pancakes and I finally have the time to stop by I am disappointed. Twice. They made the pancakes again for me. And still. Tortilla pancakes that fall apart. Eggs are bomb though as always Waitress Rosa is very fast and attentive. Maybe try a different ihop.
The place needs more personal to get your order out. We sat and I had to ask how much longer for a person to take are order (sitting for about 10 give or take). Order gets taken and the table that came close in after us, gets their order out first???? We weren't the only customers. We all had to wait. I don't rate restaurants but this time I had too. Hopefully management speaks to its employees on prompt friendly service.

This was for 1/3/25 experience in the morning time. In this world of people who forget how to treat service people, I had to come in here and give credit where itβs due! Iβm bummed because I forgot the servers name. She was Hispanic with a tattoo on her neck, absolutely loved her service!! I knew they were severely understaffed with a full restaurant and people kept coming in. She did her absolute best to make sure she was getting to her tables as quickly as possible! Keeping a soft and engaging tone all while under pressure! Thank you so much!!

IHOP is one of my favorite dinner places, except this location cause the girl who was serving had like really bad attitude at attending my family, she never ask if we need something she looked tired or mad but anyway always recomend IHOP.. I hope it was only a bad day that night for this girl

I am not even sure how IHOP is still in business lol the pancakes are half the size and everything seems like it came from the microwave. Service was also nonexistent at this location. $15 plus for each plate and barely getting anything or its hard to cut, what a joke. Don't go to this location or any IHOP for that matter.
