My wife and I aren't Korean but we've tried quite a few restaurants in our years living in socal. Overall a very solid place. I got #5 the beef rice soup and it was pleasantly rich with a touch of spice. Sides were excellent and fresh. If we lived in LA and not SD, I'd probably make this a regular place for a cheap good soup noodle

It is easily one of the best Korean restaurants, and every dish tastes like it was made with care and tradition.
