“It was exactly 2 weeks before my daughter’s quinceanera. I had been considering making her cake but after a lot of stress and agonizing over what to do, I decided to stop into Sugar Mama’s just to see what they had to offer. Within about 10 minutes I was placing an order. The shop is very cute and the staff makes you feel instantly at ease. The order process was fairly straightforward. If anything there are almost too many options for flavors and additional toppings but that’s not a complaint. The day of our event came and the cake was beautiful. They took my inspiration photos and made her a gorgeous cake. It was delicious and reasonably priced too. Overall, we had a great experience with this business and will be back.“

“If I could leave a higher star rating, I absolutely would! live out of state and was looking for a place to host my sister in law's baby shower. The very sweet Alisha (and her staff) went out of her way over and over to make this such a beautiful day. The location was adorable, food was insanely delicious, the drinks and desserts were absolutely incredible. And my sweet sister was delighted. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the best day! “Nice & cozy place for some baked goods and drinks. Parking is plenty (big shopping area), clean and airy with cute, minimalist, easy in the eyes decor. Spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating area. Inside you got 2 types of tables, regular or booth type and they’re quite cute & comfortable. Great & friendly services. A handful of pastries and a handful of drinks choices and cookies and they are all good. They do have daily special for $4 and they quite nice & tasty too. Overall, cute place, good foods & drinks, great services and great packaging.“

“I got a dirty horchata here and it was one of the best Ive had! It was perfectly balanced between sweet and refreshing, and had me wanting more. The 16oz cup was more than half ice, so my $6.50 drink, unfortunately, only gave me 3-4 good sips. For the price, I don't think it was particularly worth it, but I am grateful I tried it.

The atmosphere here is phenomenal! With nice clear lighting, modern furniture, amazing layout, and beautiful art, the vibe felt like a great mixture studious and casual. I went around 3pm, so it was pretty busy, but I was still able to find a single seat to wait in. There were several people using their laptops, so it looks like a fantastic spot to study while you enjoy your delicious coffee.

The service was pretty good. The cashier was very polite and held a fairly casual, inviting, tone. My drink was ready in under three minutes, which was pretty shocking, especially considering yummy it was!“

“Loved this Red Ribbon location! The Yema Cake was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet, and the Ube Flan was super moist with a smooth flan layer on top. Classic Filipino flavors done right. Tip: it’s better to order online and just pick it up—it’s faster and more convenient. Definitely coming back!“

“They made my mom’s birthday cake it was a work of art and it was delicious. We chose my mom’s favorite. Carrot cake with a whip cream frosting and custard filling. It was the most delicious carrot cake I ever had! Even family members who exclaimed they did not like carrot cake tried this one and changed their mind it was that good!! We also got a flan pie. Same thing. So delicious. I wish I knew about this baker for my wedding cake but going forward I will get all my pies and cakes here. I highly recommend it!!“

“I've been visiting this location for a couple years now. I'm mainly there for a quick grab-n-go coffee and sometimes pastries.

Parking: This spot is located in a plaza with a large parking lot. Plenty of parking spots; usually easy to find.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a medium sized space with booth and table seating. It's a warm setting. It can be studious, but I'd say it's more so a social environment. The tables and seating can use an hourly cleaning. The tables are sticky majority of the time, and the seats have crumbs on them. The pastries and cakes are beautifully displayed along the left side of the wall. It does get empty mid-day and towards the end of day. Not sure how often they restock the pastries, but it could use some work during the day.

Service: It truly depends on who's working. Some workers are nice and efficient while other workers can improve on their professionalism. A few examples: a worker at the register did not say one word, took my order, and that was it. When you order a drink, they usually bring the drink to you. The same worker placed my drink on the table and again, did not say anything. I was looking the other direction and did not realize my drink was on the table. Another worker left mid transaction while I was ordering to assist another customer that rudely cut the line. There's also an inconsistency with how their drinks are made. Again, depending on who's working, your drink can either taste good or bad. There can be a language barrier at times, but majority of them understand and speak English.

Drinks, pastries, & cakes:

Drinks - 99% of my visits are for my coffee fix before work. I enjoy trying their seasonal drinks. I love lattes, and every season I always try the newest latte. Again, depends on who's working, the drink can either taste good or bad. From my experience, majority of the time my drinks come out exactly how I prefer it. Not overly sweet, flavored, and strong with caffeine. Other times, it can be too milky, lack of flavors, or not strong.

Pastries - I love their pastries. Presentation is always on point, and it tastes even better than it looks. The Ham & Cheese, Smoked Sausage Bread, and Curry Croquette are my favorite savory pastries, especially when they're warmed up. Their sweet pastries are fresh and tastes delicious. My go-to is the Strawberry Croissant.

Cakes - The cakes are limited, so I recommend purchasing one asap. The designs are very cute. The variety of flavors are appealing. Their Red Velvet Cake is my family's go-to on occasions. Their Cappuccino Cake is the most decorative and definitely tastes exactly as described. From the cakes we've tried so far, they aren't too dry or overly sweet.

Pricing: Highly recommend joining their rewards app for points and monthly coupons. I only visit when they send out coupons. I really enjoy their pastries, cakes, and drinks. My main star off is for the inconsistent service.“

The cake was good and looks great just wasn’t the best as far as flavor goes. The service here was good very friendly and helpful staff. I really liked this place. “I visited on Saturday, May 17, 2025, just after 5 PM to buy donuts. I was disappointed that my favorite flavor was sold out, but the young employee’s warm smile and kind service convinced me to buy other donuts. The girl wearing a hat, who looked like a student, greeted every customer with a smile, which was wonderful to see. If the owner reads this, that employee deserves a raise!“
