Dave & Buster's Daly City

Went around 6pm. Service was slow, even though there were not many tables at the time we went. They rarely checked in on us for refills and after we packed our leftovers in boxes and left them at our table to play games, they threw them away to clear the table. The server apologized and the manager gave our group play cards to resolve the issue but really? Why would you throw our food away after we asked for to-go boxes. Do patrons not leave their tables to play games?

Great Experience! Great Service! Went with a a few friends and their kids to kill time and everyone had a good time.

Went there about 9:45pm I felt the workers wasn’t doing their job when we was waiting for the service I don’t think I would ever go back there to eat so I end up left just poor service and the workers doesn’t seem to care or acknowledge of us I don’t know what they teach them about customer service I for sure learn that when I used to work at the restaurant and they weren’t busy at all just a shame

I went on a Wednesday when games are half off. Also got a little Happy Hour in my life. I definitely will be back again for the Wednesday deals.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I needed help with my play card since it was old.

Highly recommend.
Really happy I dont have to drive all the way to San Jose any more

3 out of 4 of our meals came out at 1 time. We had to ask where my 12 year old food was because the server came out and served 4 other tables and my son didn't eat all day. Then they brought out the kids size when we ordered the adult Unlimited play size. We said just forget it when he tried to take the food back to the kitchen. I did not get a discount even.

Got a great deal on the boneless chicken meal & game card. Food was tasty. Got 2 drinks - neither were good & were reminded to NOT get alcoholic drinks there. But had a good time & food was good.

Good burgers and fresh beers. Loud with kids screeching at the booths, naturally the video games are loud too, but plenty of fun options.
Menus were sticky and staff made it clear that the food was not the primary focus, half a bottle of tobacco in yhe entire restaurant, no bottle cap.

Terrible service

The atmosphere was amazing. This place is huge with plenty of seating. You don’t have to wait long to be seated. The service wasn’t the greatest. I had to ask several times to get a drink refill. The food was really good and did not have to wait long at all. This place would be good for a huge family or party get together. They have a full bar and a ton of games to play keep in mind at this place is very loud with great music, but you’re still able to speak to each other. If you’re looking to watch football or any sports, this will be a great place to visit on a Monday night or Thursday night football.
