Consistently delicious. Its always nice eating Jollibee fresh vs. to-go. I tried the kbbq sandwich again since I've never had it made to order and it was tasty. Crispy and saucy and the cucumber relish they add is a nice touch to battle the sweetness of the sauce.
Chicken is always juicy and malabo is so much better right away so it doesnt coagulate in transit when ordering through food delivery app.
The service is the best if any fast food place. The staff is quick, friendly and you can see they work as a team almost like a family unit. Prices are inexpensive so it makes this place one of the best if not the best fast food place to visit and enjoy.

Their fries chicken is very crunchy and hot and pairs well with their Jolly Spaghetti. If you haven't been here or have never had Filipino-style spaghetti, be aware that it is SWEET and not TANGY like Italian-style spaghetti.
It can get very very busy here and the wait can be as long as 30 minutes. There isn't enough seating inside but the food court is another option (but the food court can get crowded as well). They don't have napkins or utensils out for you to take which can be a bummer if they're busy and it can be hard to flag someone down to give you napkins from behind the counter. If you get a chicken bucket to eat with your family for dine-in, it doesn't come with plates so it can get messy. It's probably why their tables and floors are always kinda sticky and messy.

I got spicy chicken it was great. Gf got the saddest 3 pieces of chicken I'd ever seen in my life. Small, hard, overcooked. 0/5 food. Food is good, just don't buy the chicken tenders

Today I bought $20 meal deal and i told them the spicy and original mix please. I was a jollibee customer since serramonte opened. But this was not acceptable. The sizes are very small and the taste is bad . No wonder why people chose the different place of Jollibee. I will never try this place in the future. Also the service are not good their faces are like we ate without paying do’t ever try

The food here is OK, decent especially for the price. I had the two-piece chickenjoy. The chicken was good, and the gravy was decent. However, the fries were undersalted and they didn’t have extra salt (how is that possible?!); the biscuits tasted a lot like the fake butter flavour that’s used for cheap popcorn. The pie was interesting. I don’t think I’d come here again, but I like that it had different flavours than other fried chicken places.
